For the purposes of the present policy and use of the Application the Company means M/s Tradexl Media Private Limited and the User means any user using the Application of the Company. All Users using the Company's Application – TradeXL – shall be deemed to be knowing the contents of the present policy and any amendments and updates for the same and shall use the Application in acceptance of the same.

Terms and Conditions

The details and data of the end customer who conduct business through the TradeXL App shall be reposed in trust with the Company. The Company shall be rightfully be entitled to use the same to create its own Client Data Base for its use or use of its Group companies. The Company is very permitted to allow the application to initiate a phone call without going through the Dialer user interface for the user to confirm the call. The Customer allows the Company and the application to see the number being dialed during an outgoing call with the option to redirect the call to a different number or abort the call altogether.
Any use of the Customer data and details for providing the services of the company shall not be deemed to be breach of the privacy policy by the company. The company shall be rightfully be entitled to use and retain the advertisement material and pictures and other data sent to it for the purpose of carrying into effect the obligations on its part. The Company shall be permitted to access the location of the User of the Application. The Company may take the personal identifiable information including Name, Email, Phone, State, City, Company name etc. of the Users. The app does use third party services that may collect information used to identify user. The Company shall be entitled to use the Customer data and contact details for devising new products and for promotion of its products or production of the products of the company or its group companies .

The company shall not share the contact details and data of the users with any third party unless by the command of any State Authority or compulsion. Our app has stringent security measures in place to protect the loss, misuse, and alteration of the information under our control. Whenever you change or access your account information, we offer the use of a secure server. Once your information is in our possession we adhere to strict security guidelines, protecting it against unauthorized access

These Services do not address anyone under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 13. In the case we discover that a child under 13 has provided us with personal information, we immediately delete this from our servers. If you are a parent or guardian and you are aware that your child has provided us with personal information, please contact us so that we will be able to do necessary actions. We may update our Privacy Policy from time to time. Thus, you are advised to review this page periodically for any changes. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page. These changes are effective immediately after they are posted on this page.
