From our ancestor’s time many substances are used as a construction material such as clay, rocks, Bricks, wood, Thatch, Ice, Metal, Glass, Plastic for different region and localities. Apart from naturally available substances used for construction there are also many manmade products are also widely in use. Such a manmade product is concrete which nothing but a composite building material, made from a combination of aggregates and a binder such as cement. The aggregates may be mineral aggregates, recycled aggregates, partial replacements of natural aggregates etc. For a fine finished concrete building there are several processes which requires not only human effort but also many equipments which help humans to make a fine finish.
Different Concrete Equipments like Concrete Block Machine, Concrete Cutting Saws, Concrete Kerbing Machine, Concrete Mixers, Concrete Vibrators, Concrete Plant parts, Concrete Pump parts, Concrete paving machines are widely into use. There are also mobile units such as mobile concrete mixers and other equipment like Ready mixed concrete mixing plant. These machines are used to clean concrete and to remove coatings, epoxy, oil, chemicals, or paints from raw concrete. These machines are also used for smoothing out bumps and other irregularities in both horizontal and vertical concrete surfaces and many other things. These things and procedures determines final appearance, smoothness, and other surface properties of concrete that affect the long-term durability of the material because it is a well known fact that even the weather conditions can impair the quality of freshly mixed or hardened concrete by accelerating the rate of moisture loss and the rate of cement hydration. So it is very important that such machines are selected with maximum care because people have a lot of their capital tied up in them, and also because country cannot afford to replace our building stock more than once every hundred years. |
